Individuals
I offer an initial 50 minute online session to individuals.
In this session we will find out if we can work together, establish the main focus of our sessions and create a plan.
If we can work together we will agree further dates to meet.
Groups
If you wish to join a Reflective Practice Group for online regular Group sessions, please send me a message.
New Groups begin throughout the year so let me know your preferences and I'll let you know when space becomes available.
